Some day George is going to call me up and say… “Hey Jayme, Newsweek is doing a story about me would you fly out here to California to take some photos of me.” and I am gonna say… “Well, I guess I could try to fit you into my schedule, I will be back from Paris next week.” (Ha Ha) Really, this kid is gonna go far in life, not just because he is smart but because he has a great personality and awesome parents that have done their part to make sure he has all the necessary resources to do amazings things with his life. No pressure at all but I expect great things out of you George!

I wanted to do a photo that represented the fact that George has travelled all over the world the last few years…I really dig this shot..

Okay….here is my favorite part of the shoot. We just got done taking some shots in the studio and I was setting up for his headshot, he walks up and I turn around to tell him where to stand and I see him in these groucho marx glasses. I about peed my pants. Then of course I started taking pictures, then I had him take pictures of me. It was so much fun. I just love how I have AWESOME seniors to work with. Thanks George for such a fun evening of photography. And I think I need to change my avatar on my photography forums to that photo. I think it represents my personality pretty good.

Man, I still can’t stop laughing at this!!! I LOVE my job.

This past weekend we went and got pumpkins. This is the first year Hensler’s are doing the fall thing. We let the kids run around and play (lots to see and do), then we ate (hot dogs and apple pie!!!), then we took a wagon ride out to the pumpkin patch! Here are some photos from the day…
headed out to the pumpkin patch in style… Culver Carriage Company are out at henslers pulling the wagons, they are such nice people. They have had carriages at a couple weddings I have shot and it really is pretty.

My good buddy Sara just happened to be their with her kids (who have been on the blog a time or two) and her mom and sister Amy. We had so much fun on the wagon ride. Maddison helped Samantha carry her pumpkin. It was just tooo cute. My poor nephew Zack had an allergic reaction to the straw but Mike was such a sweetie and let him ride up front with him.

Ohhh, I almost forgot… there was a guy there making balloons for the kids, he made a super cool pumpkin one. The kids were gathered around him forever.(look at their faces how in awww they were over his talents) We also seen Conner there (he’s on the blog alll the time too).

Huge thanks the the Hensler Nursery crew and Culver Carriage Company for making our day at the pumpkin patch so much fun. It is so nice that we have such a great place so close to home. And thanks to all our family and friends for the special memories. Everyone needs to take time out of their busy schedule and make memories like this, and don’t forget to take your camera with you!!!! See everyone again at Hensler’s when we go to get our tree!!!
Just two more photos… I grabbed these shots of the reindeer out there. I don’t think they still have their antler’s on at Christmas time so I am glad I caught these shots.

Huge Thanks to Cody for doing a good job for me!! Him and his parents had some awesome ideas for poses and locations, which is always welcome because that is the worst part- trying to come up with fun different things since I take so many Knox sudents’ pictures. Anyways, as most of you know Cody plays basketball and football and that is a big part of his life so we made sure we took lots of shots that showed that part of his high school career. Just want to give a shout out to all the Knox Football Seniors and tell them good luck at the rest of your season. Here are alot of photos because I am just in the sharing mood today…..

and here is me trying to pose for Gwen…. (aren’t I such a super model LOL) Gwen and I had wayyy too much fun that day. Next time Gwen you need to give us a super model pose!!!

Steven may be spreading around town some rumors about me that, I am a terrible singer, I don’t know any good jokes, and he might even say that I am dorky. Well, okay, it is all true!!
Steven had a reallly hard time giving me a smile so I pulled out all my tricks, and at times I even sang to him. Which for those that have heard me sing you know it can make anyone laugh (yeah I am pretty bad).
So enough talk, here are some of the smiles I got from Steven. And despite having a hard time getting the smiles out of him, he ended up with some great shots and Gwen and I had alot of fun hanging out with him and his mom.

I am so glad they made the trip over from Granger to have me photograph their family. The boys are just the sweetest! Samantha just loved visiting with Aidan. She was still talking about him the following day.
Jill talked about a big family photo to hang up, but I kinda like this idea…. (of course minus the big photography by jayme logo on it LOL!)

Here is just the photo of the boys so you can see how cute they are….

And one last one… Bob caught this (what the heck do you call these things) and was showing the kids.

it kinda looks like it is pointing to my logo, isn’t that funny.

On October 24th Matt and Sarah will be at the Dunes and they need models. Who are Matt and Sarah, well they are some on-line friends of mine from New York that are traveling around the world doing what they love (taking photos). They will be using these for stock photography so they will need releases for the photos. You will get editted images on disc for your time.
I am gonna try to get out there to meet up with them so I should be out there for a few hours as well. They plan on being out there from noon to five central time.
If I head out there I might be willing to take a senior or two out there and get some stuff, I won’t charge for travel since I would be going out there anyways.
Please contact me if you are interested. Their traveling blog is www.wewillexplore.com and here is their wedding site http://www.pictureinfinity.com/ (their wedding site is really cool)
If you know people that live near the Dunes area please send them to here to they get the message as well. I would love to help out Matt and Sarah because they are super people and I think it is awesome what they are doing.

Just some snaps of my kiddos that I took like over a month ago but just editted. Thought I would share with everyone. I am finally catching up on personal stuff, although I still need to get my butt outside and take more of my dad.
I just love everything about this shot, the lighting, her eyes. She doesn’t do well with posed shots so I was thrilled to get this. Isn’t my little Samantha beautiful!!!!

my baby boy (who know says he isn’t a baby he’s Brandon!)

And here they are catching butterflies and checking out grasshoppers with dad…

And one of the two of them together…. really it is amazing how well they get along.

Last but not least…. Mike.

Special note to all those that rode that day….. I have tons of blooper shots, everyone who wishes to keep them from public viewing can send me a check by next week. (just teasing-I have done my share of bloopers tooo just no one was there to take my pictures)
