Rick

Friday, August 31st, 2007

Rick Chambers came over to get a couple head shots taken for the upcoming Knox Mayoral Race.  My favorite is the casual one below but I am sure you will see the shirt and tie one in his campaign ads.  While here I also snapped a few of him and his wife, Marlene.

(I am not sure but I think they were making fun of me in this shot???)

I also wanted to post a snapshot of Rick’s father that recently past away.  Buzz Chambers was a very well knows businessman in Knox but most importantly he was very much loved by his family.  I was lucky enough to take several pictures of Buzz lately.  The picture below is of him and his grand daughter Nikki at her wedding in June.  Just wanted to let the entire family that I am thinking of them.

Keshia

Tuesday, August 28th, 2007

What a fun girl.  Her and her sister cracked me up the entire time.  Keshia watches America’s Next Top Model (so she was super poser)  LOL.  Well, here are a few of her senior pictures.

Two Senior Girls in One Stormy Night.

Friday, August 24th, 2007

It stormed before the shoots and it stormed right after, we got lucky and the weather made for some interesting sky so I wasn’t too upset but it just got so dark so fast on us.  Anyways here are several shots from Carissa and Kayla.  Thanks girls for doing such a great job.  Have a wonderful senior year.

First Carissa— (this first shot I added a border and blend, trying something alittle different)

Today is my Birthday!!! (I’m 30)

Monday, August 20th, 2007

Well, I hit a milestone in my life so time to reflect…….

I am lucky and I know it, I have two kids that are a blast and most importantly healthy (sometimes I take that for granted), I have a very supportive husband, I have parents that are the best in the world and a ton of other family members and friends that are amazing.   What more could I ask for???

To honor this special day, I decided to do a self portrait (photo booth style) and I had to take some with my kiddos.  So before I headed out to take Samantha to preschool we had fun in front of the camera.

Baby Andrew was alittle tired during most of our shoot, but I personally love a sleeping baby.  Here are a few of my favorites from his first photo shoot. (ps good job Eric on the hands shot, I hope you like it)

Cydnie wasn’t in the mood for a photo shoot.  Luckily her big brother came along and helped out by singing her a song.

Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary Koppenhofer’s!

Thursday, August 16th, 2007

Fred & Elaine Koppenhofer have been together 50 years.  To honor this special time they had a few photos taken.  Fred had a great idea and we are planning on a collage with a recent picture and one from their wedding (stay tuned I will post that too, because I think that is such a great idea)  Congrats on this special event.

Adam & Jill have such a great family

Saturday, August 11th, 2007

I am only posting one shot for this family (you will have to wait a week until proofs are here to see the rest Jill), but it isn’t because there aren’t a ton of great shots it is just that I like this one sooo much.

Thanks you guys for being so easy to work with. (Kyle- I think your smile looks great in this shot don’t you!)

Josh’s Senior Pictures

Saturday, August 11th, 2007

When Josh came over for his pics I looked at him and said, “Don’t I know you?”  (he looked  familiar).  Well sure enough I knew him because he was a part of last years State Championship Basketball Team.  So we had to make sure his ring was in a picture.  Also, I have to tell everyone that Josh’s mom warned me that he didn’t want his pictures taken so he may be a challenge, but he was great. I don’t know if it was my charm or the fact that his girlfriend was with and got alot of great smiles out of him for me.  Anyway, here are a couple of my faves from his session.

Fun Family Photos

Friday, August 10th, 2007

I had a blast with these kids.  Davis and I hit it off right away, although he didn’t offer to share any of his candy with me.  I also hinted I like dilly bars from DQ, but doubt I will ever see one of those either, oh well.  Here are some of my favorites from the Wray’s Family Session.

(I also want to say a big HI to Rachel, thanks for spreading the word!)
