Indiana’s Best Engagement Shots

Indiana’s Best Engagement Shots….  Just a few of my faves from this year.  I was good and got my favorite senior pictures on the blog right away after the new but I have put off posting the other favorite posts because I have been too busy.  Coming in the next week will be… fave detail shots (including my fave rings shots) and fave weddings.

Wanna get your Mug on my blog…

All you have to do is wear an I (heart) Jayme shirt like Chris did.  LOL

Indiana Photographer

I posted on the blog the other day how I thought it was so cool that Tish Cooper’s boys wore I heart Nicole, and I heart Kelsey shirts at the basketball game the other day.  I was mainly teasing Andrea who is always trying to get on the blog that if she wore an I heart Jayme shirt I would post it on the blog.

Well Chris (not a blog stalker, but occasional reader) read the post and thought she would be a good friend and brighten my day decided to make a shirt.  Chris owns Apron Strings and cleans my house for me, so she was over cleaning and I walked in the door and took one look and about died.  I told her I had to take a picture for the blog.   She almost didn’t let me because she said she had been cleaning like mad for the last three hours, but I told her I had to post it.

So thanks sooo much Chris for totally making my day.  And if anyone else wants to make it on to the blog feel free to make up a shirt.  (just teasing- you don’t really have to, although if you really do want to go ahead I will post it)

Oregon-Davis 5th & 6th grade boys

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

Indiana basketball at it’s greatest.  I had the chance to watch the 5th and 6th  grade boys again last night.  It was so much fun.  My nephew Jake got to start which was cool for him since I was there taking pictures.  Gonna post a few pictures but before I do I just want to say good job to the coaches (Coach Taylor and Coach Schnekenburger).  I coached 6th grade girls way back (before I had kids) and it is alot of work, you don’t get paid much, but it is soo much fun being around the kids.  It is neat when you go and see the kids play on the Varsity level.  (And it makes you feel old when you photograph their wedding and take pictures of their baby. LOL)

Gonna start out with a picture of my favorite Bobcat.. Jake..

Indiana Winter Fun!

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

My husband had the best idea the other day.  To take the kids sledding.  It had finally warmed up enough to do so.  I am so glad I grabbed my camera.  We just went down the road.   Bob and I even took trips down the hill with the kids.  (I think that was the most fun I had in a long time)    Here are some of my favorite photos.  (I am in none of these pictures because, well I looked like crap and didn’t want any taken, plus it was all Bob could do to hold my camera and push my fat butt down the hill  LOL)

I encourage all of you that have kids to do fun stuff like this.  It doesn’t cost anything (well I guess the sled cost us about $20 or so-you know what I mean) and it will be memories that will last a lifetime (espicially if you snap some photos so you can look back on it).  I can’t wait until we go again!!

PS  sorry I haven’t posted much lately, it has been too cold for outside sessions,  I have been busy working on taxes, and I have been trying to spend some quality time with the kids because they will be 3 and 6 the end of this month, and I am kinda having a hard time with that.  (they are growing up too fast)   I do have a couple fun shoots coming up so stayed tuned!
