I was a guest speaker at OD’s Yearbook class.  After I was done telling them how to be a better photographer, I did a little exercise and had each student take a shot of me talking to the class.   Here are my two favorites….

Hamlet and Koontz Lake Fire Departments went to Oregon-Davis Schools recently for Fire Prevention.  Here are a couple photos of them when they visited Samantha’s preschool class.  Samantha was so proud because her daddy came in her class.

Also I want to remind parents to talk to your children about what to do when the smoke detector goes off.  (push them to test them and so the kids know what it sounds like) and then tell them where your meeting place is.  (ours meeting place is by the fire hydrant by our sidewalk)

Our neighbors and close friends created an amazing spooky trail for their grandkids and invited some others over to share in the fun.  It was beyond amazing.  Tony did an awesome job designing it and the people that participated played the part perfectly.  Samantha was most scared of the Gorilla, me I was scared of Shrek spraying silly string at my camera lens.  My favorite picture from the night is below….

Since I have heard Cheryl has showed several people already, and Terry gave me the okay to release to the public I thought I would share the photo that will be on the poster/schedule for this year. 

Here is a behind the scenes shot taken by Cheryl Minix, notice the girls changing pants, that is because they were short on #’s of same pants so we had to have girls swap so I had to digitally put Gabbi in the shot wearing pants, and the shot below will show Kelsey’s photo that I took the next day to put her into the team photo.  (thanks Terry for testing my computer skills)
