Thought I would share some family photos with everyone.

Below is Santa, Samantha and ME!!!  (wondering were Brandon is, see next photo)

thanks by the way Chris (who is one of my second shooters for weddings) for taking that first photo, I love it.  I hope to get your santa pics to you soon.  Also the Santa shots were taken at the Hamlet Fire Dept Christmas Party.  My hubby if you didn’t know is a volunteer fire fighter.  The people on the department are our second family, many we have known since we were young, I just wanted to say I wish them all a safe and quite New Year!

And here is one of my faves from Christmas.  This is Bob’s family at Cathy’s house.  Sometimes we need to step back and snap a photo like this.  I know in 10 years this will be cherished to be able to see all the little kids.  (I did have Bob take one with me in it also, I am trying to be better about handing the camera over so I can get in shots too)

Well, that is about it.  Christmas is over… I already have all my holiday decor taken down, but it is nice to take time to look thru the photos and enjoy the look on the kid’s face once more time.  If any of my blog readers has any Christmas photos on their blog post link in my comments section, I want to see!!! -Jayme

Joey wants to be my assistant.  He is actually pretty good at posing people.  I snapped the first photo while he was showing his mom and dad how to stand.  The second is them following his lead.  Joey- why don’t you call me when you are 18 or so maybe I will have a job for you, but I am pretty sure I won’t be able to afford $50 an hour.

Here are a few more…  Merry Christmas Margaret, glad I could be apart of your special surprise.  You have a wonderful family. 

Note to Jimmy (someone make sure he sees this):  You missed out on alot of fun and a chance to spend an hour with me.  LOL  Plus your dad bought dinner, although he was talking about only going to McDonald’s but I think Mandy wanted to go to a Mexican joint (just kidding).  Hopefully next time when your family comes over you will come too.

Check this out….

This is a coin that Doug Ricks (of the Koontz Lake area) found in bank rolls.  He has contacted several experts to find out more info on the coin but they have been unable to find much out.  So Doug had me take pictures and it will be submitted to Coin World magazine.  They will put it in an article where they ask the readers to find out what it is.  How neat is that!!  (fingers crossed Doug that is it worth thousands, hey you never know!)

 gotta show this off too, Doug had one of his chainsaw carvings on the back of his truck, the bear is huge and amazing.  My kids were in aww over it, I need to drive them by his house next time I am headed that way.  He has a booth every year at the blueberry fest along with other fests, make sure you check his stuff out, I have his ph# if anyone needs it.

These gals have a very close mother/daughter relationship, it was so much fun photographing them.
