Class of 2011 It’s not too late to get your Senior Pictures taken!

I am sure you have noticed I am rarely posting on my blog.  I have been keeping up my facebook page but this blog hasn’t seen much attention.  That will change!  I am going to catch up on it soon.

Until then, here is one of my favorite senior pictures.  It makes me think of spring with all the great colors.

Couldn’t get away without doing something humorous.

First let me start off by saying that this was a special wedding for me to photograph.  I not only photographed Julia’s sister’s wedding, but I also have photographed their family pictures, and both Justin and Julia’s senior pictures.  I think it is safe to say that I am officially their family photographer.  Big thanks for trusting me with these special moments in your lives.

This first shot was a flash back to Sarah’s wedding day.  Julia’s mom gave her something special that made her think of her grandpa.

This post should be all about Justin and Julia but there is a certain someone that kind stole the show at times.  Meet the ring bearer, isn’t he cute.  This was before the wedding.

He was excited about being the ring bearer, but when he realized everyone was staring at him he got alittle scared.

And then he started to cry, don’t worry there is more about him later.

Julia loves snow, she wanted a winter wedding, but after her sister’s wedding was during a snow storm and the temperature was -5 or so Justin said no way.  So he made up for it by having fake snow when they exited the church.

Being a ring bearer is hard work and requires a nap.

After his nap he felt like dancing!

Vanessa caught the bouquet, and she had the cutest reaction!

And now for my favorite part of the night.  DJ Kyle Hinds pulled out his box of props.  It was so much fun, I had a hard time taking pictures because I was laughing so hard.

Thad & Sarah (I photographed their wedding not all that long ago and now they are expecting their first child!!  I can’t wait)

And here are my mom and dad.  They were out on the dance floor dancing the “anniversary dance”.  I love when Kyle does this.  He asks that all the married couples get out on the dance floor and then he asks that the newlyweds leave and then the couples married for less then 5 years, less then 10 years, etc.. until the couple that is married the longest is left.  Well….

that couple ended up being my mom and dad.  (they are so not old enough to be the “old married couple”)  Kyle had them give some marriage advise to the new couple.

They had a photo booth, it rocked!  The guests loved it, I even got in there.

Late in the evening they brought out trays of McDonald’s cheeseburgers for everyone!

I so should have asked to wear the burger hat!  Dang it, why didn’t I think of it.

Here is Ben’s first session, he is coming back soon for his snow session!!  I can’t ait, I he is lots of fun to hang out with.

Posting here on my blog so I can show my mom.  I live in Brems.  this happened about 9:20ish central time.  Taken from my house looking NE.  Not sure if it was a funnel cloud but that storm did produce funnel clouds.

Allasyn is a cheerleader and a x-country and track runner at Plymouth.  Actually she is the top x-country runner.  So happy for her that she is having an awesome senior year.

FYI- to those who went to school with me.  This is Melissa’s daughter.  Doesn’t she look exactly like her mom.  She acts just like her too!!!  (Allaysn- that is a good thing, your mom is a sweet and fun gal)

Isn’t she the cutest!!!  I had a ball with Sarah.   I can’t wait until she comes back to the studio!
