Indiana Photography: Preschool Shoot Today
September 30th, 2010I will be photographing a local preschool today. I am excited. I won’t be posting any photos on the blog or facebook but I will show you this one I took of my son Brandon.
I hope the kids give me lots of good smiles!! If not I will just sing to them and that will for sure make them laugh which will result in a smile. :)
Indiana Senior Pictures: Zak from Culver Academy
September 29th, 2010Here is my favorite!! Love that the naval building is in the background!!
Zak’s brother scared the birds to get them to fly and be in the photo, it didn’t really work out like I planned, I thought they would go up in the air but they just flew above the water, still turned out cool, but not like I envisioned.
While we were taking the above photo by the bus a bus load of x-country runners were staring at Zak. He was a trooper though. Oh and right next to us was this scene. I managed to snap a photo of Kimberly from OD running by. Kinda crazy I even spotted her because there was about 3,500 runners total there that day.
What an awesome morning!!! It was alittle too early for me, but that made for great skies. Gotta tell Zak’s family big thanks for the fun time. They totally took care fof me. They drove us around in golf carts, helped me carry my stuff and were so much fun to be around. So glad Zak has a younger brother so I get to do this again!!!
Indiana Photography: Trash the Dress with Lindsay and Brad
September 29th, 2010First off, I call these “Trash the Dress” sessions but that doesn’t have to mean doing any trashing. Actually Lindsay’s dress was already filthy from her reception and in need of dry cleaning. Trash the Dress Sessions are great ways to get some pictures that you can’t get the actual day of the wedding and it is fun for the bride to put her wedding dress back on. I so wish I would have done this and took some of me on my little white horse. Oh well at least I get to have fun with everyone else.
I just love Lindsay and Brad. They are the easiest people to photograph. If you want to see more pictures of them HERE IS E-SESSION and HERE IS WEDDING posts. I told them that when the start a family they have to call me.
Indiana Senior Photography: Kate from John Glenn
September 29th, 2010Had an awesome time with Kate despite the fact that I was having a bad day. I broke my pocket wizard during her shoot. I swung my camera over my shoulder to move might light stand and the pocket wizard with flash on it came right off. Luckily pocket wizard is fixing it right now for me. They said it broke during normal use so they would do that for me. :) yeah pocket wizards. I have like 4 of them and huge fan so it just seals the deal on me liking them.
Before anyone else asks…. yes the sky was that amazing. I showed Kate the back of my camera so she knows. I didn’t do much photoshop work at all on it.

September 29th, 2010Indiana Wedding Photographer: Chris and Gayle’s awesome wedding
September 23rd, 2010First I must tell ya alittle about Chris and Gayle. They are kinda into cars. The focus of their engagement session was Chris’ car. Their wedding was all about Gayle’s car. It is pretty famous. It made a trip to Vegas not too long ago and was featured in Mopar Muscle Magazine.
Here are some of my favorite pictures of them and their cars…
Okay, I better show something other then car pictures. Love this picture of Gayle and her dad. Gayle smiled like that the entire day.
Bob shot this wedding with me the next shot is his. Oh and by the way, I wish I would have counted how many times Gayle said, “Oh Bobby” He is such a big help with the dress and well just helping with whatever needs done. We make such a good team.
Loved the details on the cake.
The flowers were amazing!!!!
Thanks Gayle and Chris for having Bob and I photograph your special day. It was awesome for us to be surrounded by lots of our friends and neighbors.
