March 20th will be the date that we will be on location at Elizabeth’s Garden in Culver, Indiana.  There we will do Easter/Spring pictures.  I will post more details next week.  I had a few people ask when we would be there so thought I would let you guys know to mark it on your calendars.

Just a reminder about Santa.  Can’t wait to see everyone there.  Gwen and I always look forward to it.  Bob will also be helping out if you know what I mean.  I might have to get a kiss from Santa!!  :)  Also Elizabeth’s Garden is going to have a huge sale.  Last year she had some really good ones, people were buying stuff like crazy.  This year I am getting their early so I can shop before everyone else.  (hey that is a perk I have, okay)

Also, sorry the blog hasn’t had many posts in last few days.  I was in Indy shooting and hanging out with some amazing photographers for a couple of days.  I learned alot from them and will be doing thing differently to better serve my clients in 2010.  Lots of new stuff headed your way.  Stay tuned to the blog around Christmas time if you are in the Class of 2011 I will have an offer you can’t pass up but will it will be limited to only a certain number.

One last thing.  I have gift certificates available.  Keep that in mind if someone is hard to buy for .  I will be shooting during Christmas break so if a family is getting together with out of town family I will have time to get those taken.

Better get back to work, I will post the American Oak expansion soon and the rest of the day I will be making Christmas cards and filling print orders.  Keep in mind I can do rush shipping so once I get caught up today, I can get cards out within a few days.  (I still don’t have mine made, or have even thought what I am doing)

Kayla’s  shoot goes down as the most I ran around for a senior session.  We went all over the Culver Academy Campus.  It was fun though, we laughed alot.  Oh and we wore Kayla’s little brother out and he crashed in the car before we were done.  And I am pretty sure Kayla’s friend Kara slept good that night too.  LOL   I did have a funny story to tell about Kayla’s mom Kim but she paid me hush money so I can’t share that one.

In case you were wondering why we shot at Culver… Kayla attended camp there during the summers.  She must have been pretty popular because while we were walking around shooting several people ran up and gave her hugs and yelled out her name.  I felt like I was shooting a celebrity.    Oh and the night shots weren’t our intention.  We had planned on shooting by the sailboat when were first got there but there were a ton of boys running some drills right there were we planned on being so we did that last and well it got dark on us.  Bummer, but we still got some cool shots for her.  I want to tell you all I had fun and probably lost a couple pounds which was good.  I need to run around alittle more often these days.

We had so much fun Saturday at Elizabeth’s Garden in Culver.  If you haven’t been to her shop go and check it out, she has so many cute things there.   I want to say huge thanks to Liz for hosting the event and for being a bunny wrangler for most of the day (the hardest job).  Also I want to tell Marlene from  The Memory Zone Scrapbook Store in Plymouth thanks.  Marlene seen on facebook that I was doing the bunny shoot and added the info to their weekly newsletter.  One of her readers came all the way from Mexico, IN.  You can sign up to the newsletter on their site.

You guys have been asking for it.  Elizabeth is getting us some LIVE Bunnies.  I am excitted about that.  I do have a fake bunnie and chicks just in case a child is scared.  (they look pretty darn real don’t they, I tested them out on my kids and Brandon was scared of the fake Bunny at first, he’s a wimp though)   I hope to see everyone out there.  The shop is also really cute.  She has Vera Purses, and always has cute bracelets (I don’t walk out of there without buying something).  You can call me if you have any questions 574-867-6776  Jayme
