Class of 2011 It’s not too late to get your Senior Pictures taken!

I am sure you have noticed I am rarely posting on my blog.  I have been keeping up my facebook page but this blog hasn’t seen much attention.  That will change!  I am going to catch up on it soon.

Until then, here is one of my favorite senior pictures.  It makes me think of spring with all the great colors.

Allasyn is a cheerleader and a x-country and track runner at Plymouth.  Actually she is the top x-country runner.  So happy for her that she is having an awesome senior year.

FYI- to those who went to school with me.  This is Melissa’s daughter.  Doesn’t she look exactly like her mom.  She acts just like her too!!!  (Allaysn- that is a good thing, your mom is a sweet and fun gal)

Had an awesome time with Kate despite the fact that I was having a bad day.  I broke my pocket wizard during her shoot.  I swung my camera over my shoulder to move might light stand and the pocket wizard with flash on it came right off.  Luckily pocket wizard is fixing it right now for me.  They said it broke during normal use so they would do that for me.  :)  yeah pocket wizards.  I have like 4 of them and huge fan so it just seals the deal on me liking them.

Before anyone else asks…. yes the sky was that amazing.  I showed Kate the back of my camera so she knows.  I didn’t do much photoshop work at all on it.

It was really windy the day we took Rachel’s senior pictures but luckily we found some spots to shoot at where her hair wasn’t blowing all over.  The day I edited these I was in a black and white kind of mood.  :)  Thanks Rachel for the fun evening!!!

What a super sweet girl!!  And check out those jeans.  Carlie made them herself.  I love them.  I totally want to do something like that for Samantha for basketball season.

John’s a funny guy.  He had us cracking up during his session.  He wasn’t thrilled about getting his picture taken by himself, but he was all about pictures with his super cute girlfriend.  So glad you came with Morgan!!!

A few years ago Morgan’s Aunt Jill past away.  Jill played and coached volleyball at OD.  In remembrance Morgan has placed Jill’s initials on her shoes each year.

Here is a close up of Morgan’s dog tag and shoes.  Jill was a very special person.  Lots of fun to be around.  So many people miss her.  I think it is awesome that Morgan honors her aunt every time she steps out on the court.

And the reason Dalton had me do his senior pictures…. his girlfriend Vanessa who is one of my horse buddies and one of my past senior clients.  Aren’t they so darn cute….

Thanks for the fun evening.  I could have done with out the mosquitos, but other then that it was a great time with some super people.

Lauren’s friend and next door neighbor Melissa hung out with us.  I thought this was cute of the two of them.  They will always have a bond I am sure.  Melissa told me that I will be doing her senior pictures and she wants Lauren to be their for hers.

My new favorite location…..

Had a wonderful time with Samantha, her mom and grandma.  I hated for the evening to end, we kept finding great locations to shoot at.

Jacyln (aka Jackie) was so much fun to photograph.  Good luck at Quarter Horse Congress.  Maybe somehow I will be able to go watch you show.  It has been a few years since I have been.  (actually I was pregnant with Brandon)

Tiffany loves horses.  I heard she has posters hung up in her room.  Luckily she has a friend that just happens to have horses so we went over there and shot some pictures.  Now she can have pictures of her with horses she knows up on her walls.

Big thanks to Doug and Larinda for helping out with the horses.  Round up some more seniors for me because I love shooting over at your place.
