Still can’t believe we managed to get this photo.  Luckily Megan has nice horses, most people couldn’t do something like this.

It got alittle bit too dark on us, we kinda goofed off alittle too much.  I still have one shot I need to get but I will get that next week when Megan comes to Courtney’s senior session.  Speaking of Courtney….

Ever heard the song  ”Too Much Fun” by Daryle Singletary.  Yeah well Courtney had too much fun the other night.  She got dressed up in some of my kid props.

She tried to leave the studio with my stuff but I wouldn’t let her.  She was a good reflector holder.

Thanks girls (well and Jim too) for the fun evening.  I can’t wait until Courtney’s so we can have round 2 of “too much fun!”

It was super windy and HOT the other day when we took Mariah’s senior pictures.  She was a trooper though, she didn’t complain a bit.  Have a great senior year Mariah, I hope it is a cool fall for you guys and girls at the academy.

Grandma and Grandpa are known for their awesome garden, so we had to take a few pictures there….

Never too old or big to sit on dad’s lap.  Although I am thinking Eric is way too big.  He’s got to be like 6′5″ or so, but that doesn’t stop him.  So glad I had my camera ready to grab this shot.

Thanks gang for allowing me to photograph your family again, I had fun.  I think I captured all the fun stuff at grandma and grandpa’s house (the kittens, garden, pool, tire swings)

PS  I went to school with Eric, Dave and Tara.  Also Dave and Eric’s grandparents live just down the road from me, the stopped over and I got some pictures of them too.  So glad, you guys will cherish those too.

Thanks for doing such a good job Nathan despite the fact that you didn’t want senior pictures.  Glad your girlfriend and mom talk you into it.  See you Friday night at graduation commencement.

I just love these two.  So glad I am shooting their wedding.  I photographed them both for their senior pictures and also shot Julia’s sister Sarah’s wedding.  They both have wonderful families.  We started off in the studio… This next photo is so them.  Julia laughing and Justin holdin’ Julia tight with a big smile on his face.

Then we wondered around near the buildings because it kept raining…

They kept kissing each other…

Then we went to the 4-H fairgrounds.  Julia was fair queen and Justin was king (just not the same year).  They both continue to be very active with 4-H.  Oh and I almost forgot to add that Justin asked Julia to marry him at last year’s 4-H Fair.

Thanks for such a wonderful rainy afternoon.  Glad we got the pictures done despite some occasional rain.

I had lots of fun with Chloe.  I asked her what she liked and she said “trees”.  How cute is that.  She is a nature lover.  She’s also super sweet.  She helped me carry all my crap around during the photo shoot.  I have to give a shout out to her cousin Preston that sent her my way.  Thanks Preston!!!!

Weston and Millie are super kids.  They did so good job for me despite fighting colds.  Their session was suppose to be last Monday and their mom called because they were sick and their colds just keep on keeping on (Brandon had the same thing awhile back).

Hopefully next time everyone can be healthy and the weather will be warmer so we can venture outside.

Senior Mode Magazine is a national magazine based out of Indianapolis for high school juniors and seniors.  It is a printed and on-line magazine.  It contains information on senior pictures, prom and graduation needs, scholarships and modeling.

The Oregon-Davis Girls Basketball Team is featured in the “Your Stories” section.

Maggie just got hearing aids.  They are pink and purple, how cool is that!

I taught Jared how to do this.  Rachel- your welcome.  LOL

Last night I took pictures of my Maggie and Jared.  I had a blast.  It was fun shooting, but the best part was playing WII afterwards.  Toy Story game for WII ROCKS!  It was nice being able to hang out with Rod and Rachel for awhile.  We typically get together for major holidays but with Maggie being sick we don’t see them much.

I am just about done taking pictures for the book.  I have three more kids to photograph and then I will get it done and off to the printers.  Don’t worry I will for sure have it back way before Mother’s Day.

Samantha Lynn is Seven today.  We thought we were getting a boy, but the doctor was wrong and we had Samantha instead of a Bobby Jr.  (so thankful).    My mom said that the look on Bob’s face was priceless when he shared the news.  Oh and it was so nice to tell Diane (my 2nd mom) that she was a girl.  She was one of those people that just knew I was getting a girl first.

As you can tell by the photos Samantha is a cowgirl.  If she has my athletic abilities she won’t be very good in sports but I hope she is good at riding and loves horses as much as me and her grandpa Jernas does.  I am thinking it might end up being our bonding thing we do together.

I worked hard to get this sweet smile.  I am good at being a dork and making farting sounds. (Boys always smile when you make fart sounds)

I doubt it will be her mom’s but this bw is my favorite.

In case you didn’t know Kenzie is Brandon’s girlfriend.  Well one of them, he has a few (he is such a stud).  Him and Kenzie have been playing together since they were less then a year old.  They will both be FOUR in a few days.  Crazy.  Time is flying by.  I have a ton of super photos of the two of them together, if I have time I will put some more on facebook later this weekend.

PS  Jay- it isn’t Brandon’s fault, I made him hold hands with your daughter.    You have to admit it is so darn cute.  Don’t worry I won’t make them do this when they are 13.  Well, I might try but I bet they won’t hold hands then anyways.
